Product Description

Blended fabrics refer to textile products made by spinning and weaving chemical fibers together with natural fibers such as cotton, wool, silk, and linen. They combine the characteristics of polyester with the advantages of cotton fabrics, such as polyester-cotton fabric and polyester-wool gabardine. Blended fabrics include wool-viscose blends, wool-rabbit hair blends, TR fabrics, high-density NC fabrics, 3M waterproof fabric, Tencel fabrics, Softcell fabrics, TNC fabrics, composite fabrics, and more.

For example, polyester-cotton blended fabric is made mainly from polyester, using blended yarns containing 65%–67% polyester and 33%–35% cotton. Polyester-cotton fabric is commonly known as cotton Dacron. Its characteristics include combining the advantages of polyester with those of cotton fabrics, good elasticity and abrasion resistance in both dry and wet conditions, good dimensional stability, low shrinkage, a crisp appearance, resistance to wrinkling, easy washing, and quick drying. It should not be ironed at high temperatures or soaked in boiling water.
