I. Basic Information

The company was established in February 2002 as a joint-stock private enterprise. It operates two production facilities, with a registered capital of RMB 20 million, a total land area of 80,000 square meters, a production scale of 100,000 spindles, total assets of RMB 310 million, and 500 employees. The company produces more than 20,000 tons of high-quality cotton yarn annually, achieving sales revenue of approximately RMB 500 million. It is an international BCI member, a member of the U.S. Pima Cotton Association, a GRS/DCS member, and an industrial member of the Green Development Alliance for the Regenerated Cellulose Fiber Industry.

All products are combed cotton yarns and new varieties of blended yarns, belonging to the high-quality spinning category. They are suitable for both knitting and weaving applications. The products are sold to Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangxi, Anhui, Hebei and other regions, with the market continuing to expand. Our products have been used by brands including Li-Ning, ANTA, PUMA, Balabala, HLA and others.

II. Production Process

The company is equipped with high-quality textile production equipment, including German Trützschler carding systems, Swiss Rieter drawing frames, Jingwei combing machines, domestic roving-spinning integrated Siro compact spinning machines, and Japanese Murata Vortex automatic winding machines, as well as other advanced domestic and international production equipment. These machines feature a high degree of automation, strong reliability, reduced labor requirements, and stable product quality.

The company mainly produces high-quality yarns ranging from 10s to 60s, including combed cotton Siro compact-spun yarn, combed cotton/modal blended yarn, and combed cotton/viscose blended yarn. Cotton yarns with different spinning processes can also be customized according to customer order requirements.
