　　Zhu Guoxue,executive vice chairman of China Textile and Apparel E-Commerce Alliance and vice president of China Textile Association's circulation branch,pointed out in his speech that"Internet+"is rapidly penetrating the textile and apparel industry,vigorously promoting the integration of Internet information technology and textile and apparel industry,and upgrading the industry.Collaborative innovation,improving the level of precision manufacturing and fine management,optimizing supply chain management,reducing costs,improving efficiency,and accelerating the transformation of the textile industry into intelligent,green and service-oriented have become the trend of the times.Under the strategic background of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,the successful launch of China(Weifang)Textile and Apparel E-commerce Industrial Park will further promote the integration of the local textile and apparel industry with the Internet.

　　Chen Liang,president of Shandong Hengyi Investment Group,and Bai Zong,founder and CEO of Zanyi,signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the meeting.Li Yong,Sales Director of Shandong Hengyi Investment Group,made project promotion and investment promotion for China(Weifang)Textile and Apparel E-commerce Industrial Park.

　　In the same period of the conference,the China Textile and Apparel E-Commerce Alliance Expert Committee was established and the Textile and Apparel E-Commerce Innovation Seminar was held.19 e-commerce experts from different research fields formed the expert committee.Dong Bing University professor and director of IBM E-commerce Science Development Center Tang Bingyong served as the director of the expert committee.The meeting clarified the key tasks of the special committee,as well as the work guidelines and systems.
