The production workshop covers an area of ​​19,000 square meters, the warehouse construction area is 4,500 square meters, and the four-storey office building covers an area of ​​2,500 square meters.

　　It has a scale of 100,000 spindles, total assets of 218 million yuan and 460 employees. In 2019, it produced 10,000 tons of high-quality cotton yarn and achieved sales income of 310 million yuan. 　　Products are sold to Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangxi, Anhui and other places, and the market continues to expand.

 

　　Second, product technology

　　The company has domestic first-class textile production equipment, Germany's Truqing combing, Uster foreign fiber removal machine with magic eye system, Swiss Rieter draw frame, Jingwei combing machine, domestic top-grade thick series compact spinning machine , Japan Murata Yubaole winder and other advanced production equipment at home and abroad, equipment advantages of high degree of automation, reliability, less labor, to ensure product quality.

　　It mainly produces 10-60 cotton combed siro-spinning, fine cotton modal blends, fine cotton viscose blends and other high-quality cotton yarns. Different spinning process cotton yarns can be customized according to customer order requirements.
